Two Children Found Near Minsk After Search
On September 19, two children went missing in Borovlyany, near Minsk. The boys, aged 10 and 12, went out cycling. Threads user Ekaterina wrote that they had already been searched for several hours. Early on September 20, information appeared that the children had been found, reports “Zerkalo”.
A screenshot from one of the Borovlyany chats was “posted” under Ekaterina’s post. It said that the missing children were named Dmitry Marchuk and Artyom Rogalevich. The first was 12, and the second 10. On Saturday, September 19, they left in an unknown direction at around 5 p.m. The boys are residents of “SOS Children’s Village Borovlyany.”
Later, information about the missing children also appeared in the Telegram channel “Borovlyany. News.” It gave the children’s descriptions: one was wearing beige shorts and a beige tank top, and the other gray trousers and a blue tank top. The boys had ridden off on green and black mountain bikes.
— If you happen to see children on bikes without their parents, approach them and ask whether they are lost, Ekaterina wrote in the post.
She also noted that the children had taken warm clothes with them.
Ultimately, it became known on September 20 that the children had been found. No other details are known so far.
